We went to Fort Bragg Mendocino and rented the tent trailer. It was awesome. Very clean. I really appreciated that everything we needed to maintain it while we where there was neatly organized in a bin for easy access. Easy to haul in our 2005 Toyota Prerunner. Even though it did not have a heater the trailer stayed really warm on the coastal nights. I am extremely happy with this company and will definitely rent and recommend them to everyone. Kevin and Danielle are awesome people, thanks for making our trip this year comfortable and worry free!!!
This was the worst experience our family of campers has ever gone through.
We love this company and the product and services they offer. We have rented one trailer and have reservations for another in July. They are professional and friendly, thorough and helpful. Awesome experience for us!!
When I called to tell them my issues, they basically passed the buck like many bad businesses do and said we must have not known how to camp or something. Mind you we have been camping for close to 40 years, and nothing like this has ever happened before.
It's one thing to have bad equipment, but it is something completely different for owners of a company to pass the buck on their mess up.
The trailer we rented for 2 weeks was $130 a night and the batteries were always low even after charging them with a generator 3 hours a day. Once the batteries get low, it trips the Co-2 alarm and wakes everybody up within a 100 yards of the campsite.
Bad Business!!!
Our experience was great! We rented the Jayco and it was a great trailer. I towed it with my half ton with about 1000lbs in the bed and it towed great! Really roomy inside with a walk around queen bed. The trailer was in great condition. Everything was clean, the trailer, the pots/pans and kitchen utensils. The customer service was outstanding to the point of it being a very refreshing experience. I came from the Bay Area needing a trailer for Shasta, they very accommodating to our schedule. If I am ever needing to rent a trailer again I would choose them.
There was also a major flaw in the structure of the trailer cause our trailer was filled with flies everyday and every night(yes everything was closed).
