When I called to tell them my issues, they basically passed the buck like many bad businesses do and said we must have not known how to camp or something. Mind you we have been camping for close to 40 years, and nothing like this has ever happened before.

The employee / owners of TowTally Camping have been working with us for about 6 months now helping us find the trailer that best suits our needs. Not an easy task, as I had changes I wanted made and one particular model that I wanted those changes on. At every turn they went above and beyond in making sure our needs were met. Best of all, they kept in constant communication, keeping us informed at every step of the way. And having shopped California, Oregon, and Nevada, I was pleasantly surprised when these guys came in with the best price. We did encounter some minor delays - but only at the factory level and never with TowTally Camping. Owners Kevin and Danielle are personable and always available to answer any questions. From day one they made sure we had their phone numbers (cell and office!!) as well as an email address. Even if they were busy with other customers, they were diligent about calling us back as soon as they were available. Early in the process, Danielle made one strong point - you have to have a relationship with whomever you buy from. This is so true. So many places will do business with you up to the point of the sale and then they barely remember who you are. TowTally Camping is not this way. They are approachable, friendly, and sincere. A younger business with younger owners, but with old values and a strong commitment to service. I appreciate their "can do" attitude.
This was the worst experience our family of campers has ever gone through.
These people are amazing! They fixed our trailer even though we had mistakenly purchased it at Santa Rosa RV (never go there!). Kevin, Danielle, Brandon, JoAnna are all the best!!!!
It's one thing to have bad equipment, but it is something completely different for owners of a company to pass the buck on their mess up.
These guys are total pros! We have rented from them two years in a row and had a completely trouble-free experience both times. Great inventory. Competitive prices. Friendly staff. Hassle-free load out and drop off. They even came back after hours to accommodate a last minute request. We look forward to renting from them again next season. :-)
There was also a major flaw in the structure of the trailer cause our trailer was filled with flies everyday and every night(yes everything was closed).
The trailer we rented for 2 weeks was $130 a night and the batteries were always low even after charging them with a generator 3 hours a day. Once the batteries get low, it trips the Co-2 alarm and wakes everybody up within a 100 yards of the campsite.
One more thing - the PDI (Pre-delivery Inspection) is one of the most critical parts of buying an RV. Their employee, Brandon Lotts, did a superior job with this. And he made sure we had his contact information before we left so we could contact him directly with any questions. Kevin, Danielle and Brandon - you guys rock! Thanks for putting up with us and making the process enjoyable! I highly recommend this business for all of your RV needs.
