They definitely get the job done, maintenance wise
I need to add to my post above after having some warranty work done to my Surveyor. When I bought the trailer a new awning was promised via the due bill because the original was defective. They did deliver on this promise. In fact, the service manager - Ethan - went above and beyond to make things right and was very apologetic for the debacle referenced in my original review. After the service work was complete, Ethan took us inside to talk to the salesman who sold us the trailer so he could apologize. The salesman (name withheld) was reached on the phone and he did apologize, but it was not a heart felt apology. I believe he apologized only because felt compelled and not because it was the right thing to do. My thanks go out to Ethan - keep up the good work.
My experience with Harrison's RV was very positive. I purchased a slightly used RV from them, and it is in amazing condition. As close to brand new as it gets. Everyone who helped me was very nice, and truthful about all of the info. given regarding the RV.
Oh, the TV installation they performed...sub par at best. They screwed the bracket to the paneling (1/8" thick) with no support behind it. I came back to the trailer after work one day to find my TV on the floor with all of the antenna and audio wires pulled out from the wall. I will never spend another dime at Harrisons.
The people at Harrison's have a heart of gold. After a houseboat trip to Shasta we limped off the water and Harrison's team took care of us. When we pulled the boat out of the lake we had a few issues and could not pull the trailer any further. The service guys were nice enough to keep the boat and offered some solutions. It took us 4 days to return ready to head home. They offered service and help that was priceless and never asked for a penny. You rock, thanks again.
Went to inquire about purchasing 2 new pontoon boats. The salesman was rude and did not want my business. He told me to buy from somewhere else. So, I did.
I bought a 2012 Surveyor travel trailer back in March. Service prior to the sale was very good...but it will always be that way when they are trying to make a buck. Service after the sale is non-existent. When we signed the papers to purchase the trailer, we were promised that the trailer would come equipped as a new trailer would. We actually got that in writing. I paid cash in the full sale amount two weeks prior to picking up the trailer with the idea that the staff would have plenty of time to clean and prepare the unit for pickup. The day we arrived to pick it up, nothing had been done. They tried to tell us that a TV wouldn't come with it since it was used, but eventually relented after we showed them the contract. The interior hadn't been cleaned and we had to push them to clean it before we would take it. By the time everything was supposedly satisfactory, it was 4+ hours.

After arriving at my destination with my new trailer, I began to set up and hook up power, water, and sewer. My wife opened up the discharge for the grey/black water tanks and discovered that the tanks had not been cleaned or flushed. Upon opening the cap and valve, the contents (human waste) gushed out and sprayed all over her. I called Harrisons and told them what happened and they asked what I wanted. I told them a simple apology to my wife would be sufficient and we would drop it if they would apologize. They never bothered to call, but the salesman tried to tell me he called and left her a message. She never received a message from Harrisons.
