My boyfriend and I asked for two burgers with no mayo and no onions and they gave us mayo and onions on both. Finally, after having this happen many times I called them and told them there was a little bit of a mix up and if we could just go back and get the correct burgers. The manager (she didn't tell me her name) said she would write down my name and my order, so next time I could get the correct order for free whenever I would like. I went to go get my burgers today and the manager said she usually works around the time we ordered and that there wasn't an order like mine written down, nor did she remember an order like that. I've worked with food before and I understand that mistakes get made, and when they do you should always try your best and be helpful. But way she was talking to me came off a bit rude and unprofessional. It seemed as though she was rushing us so she could just shoo us away when there was no one behind us. She didn't seem to want to resolve the issue and she was a manager. Then, she told us to come back in tomorrow or call tomorrow to see what can be done. Doing that still doesn't insure that we get our correct burgers. I would rate this a zero if I could because they mess up often, and they have very poor customer service, which is very unfortunate.
