My husband went there to apply and has over 15 years of Warehouse experience. The gentlemen in front of the desk (with a white eyebrows )was asking him whole bunch of question if he is legally able to work in the US and if he has a social security card and a birth certificate. And by the way my husband is Hispanic. So he did all the paperwork and had to do a common sense survey(he was burping the whole time) like for an example If you had a chance to steal would you and if you could give discount to your friend would you. Like who wouldn't pass this test he's done it so many times at other agency. So the gentlemen said he failed. It says race is not a discrimination but we felt like this gentleman is races towards others that is not his own kind. So this place is not a good place to look for job.
If you're willing to work and you don't complain, you get work. Pretty simple. In regards to the comment someone made about race being a factor... Don't pay attention to that. I have seen people from every walk of life being treated the same way and held to the same standard. The questionnaire is a point based system, and if you don't pass it, odds are its because you didn't read the safety manual.
