They have been very patient & most helpful. I had to wait for the power of attorney to come back from her daughter since my companion didn't make one out. They worked with me and I'm happy to say, helped my love rest in peace.
Complaint: My Mothers mother (my Grandmother) passed away and was taken to your facility to be cremated. my mother talked to a woman over the phone and asked for a lock of her hair before they cremated her. My mom was assured that a note would be placed in my Grandmothers file. My mother called a few days later and she talked to a man that said paperwork was holding up the cremation. She brought up the hair again and again, she was reassured. The hair was never saved or given to my mother and I am looking into what happened. This is completely unacceptable and something you can't ever rectify. The incompetence of your staff has taken away something that my mother can never get back and she is beyond upset.
