After a weekend road trip we neglected to make a hotel bookings for the trip home. In Eugene Oregon, nothing had room anywhere closer than Redding. Fortunately the Fairfield had anking room available, and it was by far the best room we stayed in the weekend, the bed was a very welcome comfort. The staff were all very friendly, the rooms were clean. Overall it was a good place for the final weary night of a family road trip.
Can't say enough good things about this Residence Inn. They also have a fun cat who greets visitors at the door. His name is Jack and he even has his own Facebook page.
This place is really clean and the rooms are very nice and clean as well. The place is 5 minutes drive from food places but there's also a good deli in front of it. They served free light dinner during my stay with complimentary beers as well. Breakfast is always good at Fairfield hotels.
Stopped here for an overnight while moving north. Being a cat lady I was a fan of Jack, the cat ambassador. I had both my cats with me and we settled in nicely - pets are allowed but I believe it was a $60 charge. Breakfast was great and Reyna actually made some waffles for me. The staff was friendly and the room well appointed. I was nervous having a car packed full of stuff in the parking lot overnight, but I did see some local cops drive through a few times which was nice. There weren't any restaurants close by and nothing but overpriced packaged food at night - you would have to drive a few exits so good to know ahead of time.
We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely new hotel. The staff were super friendly and accommodating for our family of five including the baby.
The rooms were clean and well-kept during our vacation stay. We could quickly get everything we needed from front desk. They also were helpful in recommending restaurants and activities for kids in Redding and surrounding area.
The room was pretty good and so is the service. The breakfast was ok, and not amazing. One thing that was bothersome was that the key cards we got weren't working and had to be reactivated, but besides that everything was pretty good.
Breakfast was pretty good and the staff there was excellent. We enjoyed spending time with Reina Castillo who gave stickers to our kids and brought us food to our table.
