Great sleeping in a really good bed with good linens. The breakfast was big with lots of options (including a good hot breakfast.) The location is off of the freeway, so if you're using the hotel as a place to leave/ sleep, it's great. If you want a place where you can walk to get something to eat, this isn't a great choice. You're just between closed trucking supply stores and a freeway entrance.
Wonderful hotel, clean, comfortable beds, nice rooms and wonderful amenities. The staff was super helpful, especially Sam working the desk was a delight. The free breakfast had a nice variety of foods and was a nice way to start the day!
Overall a nice stay. The pool and hot tub were nice, the breakfast was very good. Room was mostly clean, but the bathroom had some mold in it up toward the ceiling. But I've seen worse.
This property did not meet my expectations of a best western plus. The room lacked much decor, the laminate floor was warped in places, no desk lamp. The only positive was D who worked at the front. She was friendly and cared about our stay
The place is being freshened up. Our room upon arrival was like a suana! Immediately open window amd turned on fan. We were in 211 which faces south so it gets full sun. The bathroom was nice similiar to lipstick on a pig. 1 no soap dish on vanity. 2 shower water accumulates outside shower and tub on floor and creates a pool by door. 3 not enough towels. 4 the European still pillows were difficult to sleep on. We only stayed one night, a Saturday. Did the job but definately room for improvements. Would rebook for the right price.
