Because they had my bike in and out in no time , fast friendly service , nice sales staff , parts dept has a good stock.
Broke down a couple hundred miles from home and these guys stayed late to get me on the road and back to my camping trip.. best customer service I've had in my life. I will make a road trip up here for my next bike because of how well o was treated... Can't say thanks enough.

My husband and I visited Harley Davidson of Redding, CA on Wednesday. I was helped by Nathan Parsons. He was very knowledgeable and polite. I was so impressed with the customer service he provided. I recommend this location to anyone and everyone looking to purchase a bike and I recommend speaking to this gentleman. I am was looking to purchase my first bike, Nathan thank you for helping me feel confident in myself riding. I haven't purchased yet, but I will!!!
