Nice quiet park to visit or live within
This is a beautiful park, good people, friendly community. I've lived in two mobiles in the park, and parked my 5th wheel in space 22 for a few months, I now own both properties to the east and to the west of spring Branch mobile home park. So I guess you can say I like the area. :)
Spring Branch Mobile Home Park has a serious drug problem. Unfortunately, the property management company is doing nothing about it.
This is a cute lil trailer park :)
Otherwise it's a great place to live. Lots of trees and quiet. It's small and private.
