Worst customer service and experience ever. I never want to write negative reviews. But in this case I feel that it was necessary to warn other future customers. Had nothing but issues with this company from the start. Was quick to communicate with them right away only to hear that it was our fault for using "too much" internet. So I paid for their biggest package $140 a month and still didn't help. Called and spoke with them and they told me they would allow me to cancel the contract early if it still didn't work. I tried to give it a couple more months s I had just spent $250 just on our install and really wanted it to work. However it was so bad it wouldn't even load Netflix or a low resolution movie on iTunes. Called to cancel and was told I'd be billed for the entire year since I was in a contract. I reminded him that he told me that I wouldn't be subject to the contract and he denied ever saying that. So now I'm locked into paying for Literally nothing. Was belittled everytime I've communicated with them, and now I've been flat out lied too. Very dishonest company and I would not recommend doing business with them.

WarpTwo has been a life saver for us. We have very few options in our location, and WarpTwo was by FAR the best. It is does cost more than Charter and is slower, but cable wasn't an option for us, since we are out of town. With that said, I am still able to stream on multiple devices and game online. We also get UNLIMITED data, which is important because other providers data cap their service. Their customer service is WAY better than any cable provider. Every time I call, I talk to the owner and the problem is solved. Ignore the reviews by people complaining about the internet speed. This is not cable internet and it is not supposed to be. WarpTwo is for people who live outside of town and need high speed internet. Their customer service is reason enough to call. I am just thankful that this company exists or I wouldn't be able to get any internet.

Before warp two was available at my home I was only able to get measured service. I have lost connection very seldom while streaming videos but I did read blogs from internet savvy people who say a wired connection is far superior to wireless, so I have been wiring myself in. Since I have quite a few people on the internet at all times around my place I really don't see how it could be any better. As I said, I very seldom get "dropped" while streaming but when I do it's usually during bad weather. Windy. I'm getting rid of cable and upping my service plan soon so I will see how it works out. I haven't even used my directv personally for at least a month. I have been watching on Hulu or Netflix with no problems. There are always at least 4 of us on the internet at any given time. I'm going to college online along with another member of the household. For awhile 3 of us were. No problems. I think there must be something wrong with your computer or? if your having problems people.(when I first got service I called Dan thinking there was something wrong on their end when I couldn't get online along with a neighbor of mine. Turned out I was unplugged! lol. He called back right away and walked me through the problem. Embarrassing.!) I know a lot more about the internet and computers in general now than I did a couple years ago. I couldn't have gone to college without Warp2.! Excellent service and having unlimited internet has literally changed my life for the better. You people need to find out what your problem ids and fix it.

Started out as rather well wifi but soon after the connection started dropping and didn't even carry the right amount of speed for what we were paying for. I am a everyday gamer and even if you had a good connection it would either lag or rubberband. But the connection would also spike and made me either lag out of the game or sit there waiting for it to possibly work again. Even when connecting to Facebook I wasn't even able to load a video or refresh. Worst wifi I have ever experienced.

Five stars for service. We were having problems with our internet and Dan, the owner of Warp2, helped us debug what the problem was-at 11pm at night. We were able to be up and running for our stock trading the next morning, which was vital to our income for the month. Thanks for the great service!
