Took a family vacation trip here this summer, it was a life changing experience and wonderful people. Truly happy and joyful Christians can be found here. Such a warm place. Think of it often and will be back whenever we can.
Many have been quick to judge this church. From my lengthy experience at Bethel I can say that the doctrine is sound and God is doing amazing things through His people at Bethel. If you are looking to find out what Bethel is all about, go there. Form your own educated opinions based on research that you do and experiences you have. It's very easy to listen to rumors or gossip and let that mold opinions, but doing so helps no one in the end. God gave us brains that are far more capable than that.
Bill Johnson spoke of how imperative it is that we are filled with the Holy Spirit to change a city. He illustrated how being full meant to have an overflow. (Using two bottles of water he poured one into the other expressing it wasn’t full till it was overflowing.) life changing.
My life has been changed for the better every time I have visited. Where the Spirit of the LORD is there is freedom. I am truly more free today because of the Presence that is stewarded so passionately at Bethel! This will not be my families last visit. Thank you Bethel team!
This is a terrific Church especially for young people. It is contemporary and meets the needs of the culture. I am very impressed with the teaching and respectability that's taught to all of the young adults who come here. This thriving church is an example of what the church is supposed to be in its Community. I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for some down-to-earth people who know how to relate to others and function in the world around them.
