I have taken both my truck and my wife's Tahoe here. Frankie and Lacie are amazing people. Fair, honest, and affordable. What was estimated to cost me $1900 at Lithia Chevrolet cost me $865 here. The best part is that they really have a great system down. The waiting room is the cleanest I've ever seen. They update you all along the way and finished when they told us they would.
Quality and more. They have integrity, and will do the job right. The customer service is better than I have ever experienced from an auto shop. I felt respected, and means a lot. They came through in a pinch, and did a job better than they promised.
The staff at Quality Auto are the best! From the moment you set up your appointment you can tell this is an above average, profession establishment. They are fair on prices and have always exceeded my expectations. They have earned my continued business indefinitely.

I went in for a standard oil change, and was ready for a lot of up-selling and the "oh you need to fix this now or else..." talk.
