If your looking for incredible customer service Imagine Auto Glass is the place to go. I can't say enough good things about them. They handled the entire insurance process for me I didn't have to do anything except sign a piece of paper. They helped me with my deductible (which was huge for me) and replaced my windshield the very next day at my place of work. Jamie, who answered the phone, was such a great person...she took the time to answer all my questions as if I was her best friend. You don't find this kind of customer service anymore--- I LOVE YOU GUYS!!! Thank you and I will tell everyone of my experience:)
If you have a cracked windshield...this is the place to go! The owner was super friendly and made the entire process so easy! My windshield is perfect and the entire process was the easiest thing I have ever done!!!
These guys are fantastic! Definitely five star job. I talked to Kade, the owner, and his wife and they were both extremely helpful and very professional in getting my windshield fixed after another company did a not-so-stellar job replacing it. They are very easy to talk to, have incredible work ethic and I absolutely love my beautiful new windshield! Cannot say enough good things, if you are looking to have auto glass fixed or replaced definitely give these guys a call!
